Nash Properties, Inc. is a second generation building company owned and operated by brothers, Danny and Dennis Nash. Their father, Jimmy Nash began building houses in 1960 in Tucker, Ga. Danny and Dennis learned their skills by working directly on the job site for their father.
By 1992, Danny and Dennis formed Nash Properties, Inc. and officially began building houses together. They first started building in Cedar Creek Crossing in Lilburn, GA and have since built in numerous communities including Estates at Nash Lake, Greystone Manor, Evergreen Commons, Quailwood, Shadow Stone, Providence Club, etc. They have built over 200 homes and even began developing, having sold over 125 developed lots.
Nash Properties, Inc. are custom home builders, which means their attention to quality and detail allows them to build up to 20 homes per year. Nash Properties, Inc. draws on their many years of experience and reputation to make sure that each home is built to their high standards. Quality is more than a cliché, it is their standard of practice.
Furthermore, as part of the custom building process, they listen to your needs and concerns and then go to work to assist with construction decisions, money saving options, energy efficient alternatives, etc. The team Nash Properties, Inc. has assembled means that you will be able to make decisions other builders would not allow, along with the personal service attention a custom home client deserves to have while having their home built.
During the construction process, they will meet with you at the jobsite during various stages to ensure quality and that all selections are being implemented as selected.
